The method comprises the following steps that: firstly, the pH value of industrial waste water to be treated is adjusted to between 3.5 and 7; then, no less than 45g of magnetic biologic adsorbent is added in every stere of lead-containing waste water, and the temperature of the waste water is controlled between 20 and 40 DEG C; oscillation adsorption is carried out for 24 to 48 hours and then the adsorbent is filtered out; the filtered water is adjusted to neutrality and then is discharged, thereby completing the treatment of industrial waste water; and the magnetic biologic adsorbent is an immobilized magnetic nano particle-phanerochaete chrysosporium biologic adsorbent.
