Characters of structure are that high frequency (Hf) AC switch inverter adopted by module at primary side (PS) converts DC or AC in low frequency to output Hf AC. Module at secondary side (SS) includes isolation-coupled circuit (ICC), rectification / adjustment module. Being in one from transformer, piezoelectric, or condenser couplings, ICC outputs adjustable DC suitable for charge. Through AC bus in Hf, modules at PS and SS are connected.
