The comprised components and their weight are as follows: (a) demetalation agent with its weight 0.2- 10 times of that of calcium in hydrocarbon ils, said demetalation is alkylbenzene sulfonate; (b) adjuvant with its weight 0.2- 10 times of that of calcium in hydrocarbon ils, said adjuvant is one or combination of levulinate, glycolic acid, lactic acid, disodium editate, complexon, gluconic acid, tartaric acid or citric acid; (c) demulsifying agent with its weight being 2- 100 ppm of hydrocarbon ils. The invention aslo discloses a method for remove metal from hydrocarbon ils by using said demetalation, which is can be used in demulsifying agent process in oil field or on normal electric desalting device.
