The invention provides an amino acid nitrogenous fertilizer consisting of three ingredients: amino acid, ammonium nitrogen and organic nitrogen. The above amino acid nitrogenous fertilizer production method is shown as follows: the keratin acidolysis law decomposes the keratin and produces the amino acid; the waste water in the production of amino acid gets neutralized by liquid ammonia to the alkaline nature, and then crystallized and filtrated. The filtration solution is sprayed and dried; after duplicate matches, the amino acid is selectively added. The nitrogenous fertilizer of the invention has the advantages of low cost, quick fertilizer effect, long-lasting fertilizer effect and enhancing such abilities of crops as anti water logging, anti-drought, anti-coldness and anti-pesticide.
