Abstract
The invention relates to a wet gold extraction method, and is a quick and non-toxic gold extraction method. The method uses the solution of sodium bromate, sodium chloride and vitriol as the gold leaching solution, polyurethane foam as the substance to absorb gold, sodium sulfite solution as a desorption agent, oxalic acid as a reducing agent, hydrochloride solution as recycling agent of polyurenthane foam, extract gold from oxide ore with the sulfur content of no more than 2% and gold concentrate after roasting. The method of the invention is non-toxic and the gold leaching speed is a few to a dozen times as fast as that in cyannidation.
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to hydrometallurgy, more specifically the present invention is a method for extracting gold by wet method. Background technique [0002] The existing gold leaching technology is commonly used. At present, most of the gold industry adopts the cyanide method to extract gold. The advantages of the cyanide method are: ① low cost, ② gold can be dissolved at normal temperature and pressure, and the gold complex is stable. ③ The technology is simple and easy to master, and has wide adaptability. Whether it is simple pool leaching for ordinary people or large-scale heap leaching, the stirring full peat slurry method in regular gold dressing and metallurgy factories all use cyanide method to extract gold. The disadvantages of cyanidation are: ①It is highly toxic and has a bad impact on environmental protection. ② Gold leaching takes a long time. ③ For some harmful substances; such as arsenic, copper oxide, and other harmful subst...
