Embodiment 1

[0024] Embodiment 1: select the active carbon particle between 40-60 order of particle size for use; Then select the saponin that extracts or produce naturally for use, this example uses the saponin class that extracts in the hay. The saponin is taken by weighing 1% (percentage by weight) of the dry weight of the activated carbon, and the weighed saponin is fully dissolved in water to form an aqueous solution, and the amount of water is 1.5 times the volume of the activated carbon. Then soak the selected activated carbon particles in it for 4 hours, during which the mechanical stirring is used to fully stir (2,000rmp); then filter, transfer the solid material to a vacuum drying oven, and vacuum dry at 40°C (vacuum degree is controlled at 10mm Hg) 48 hours. Use a 40-60 mesh sieve to sieve again to make it reach the fine particles of the required size, so that it can be added to the cigarette tip rod. The fine particles that reach the required size are sealed and packaged for l...

Embodiment 2

[0026]Embodiment 2: Select activated carbon particles with a particle size between 40-60 meshes; then select saponins extracted from nature or produced, and saponins extracted from Panax notoginseng are used in this example. The saponin is taken by weighing 2% (percentage by weight) of the dry weight of the activated carbon, and the weighed saponin is fully dissolved in water to form an aqueous solution, and the amount of water is 1.5 times the volume of the activated carbon. Then soak the selected activated carbon particles in it for 6 hours, during which the mechanical stirring is used to fully stir (2,000rmp); then filter, transfer the solid material to a vacuum drying oven, and vacuum dry at 60°C (vacuum degree is controlled at 10mm Hg) 48 hours. Use a 40-60 mesh sieve to sieve again to make it reach the fine particles of the required size, so that it can be added to the cigarette tip rod. The fine particles that reach the required size are sealed and packaged for later u...

Embodiment 3

[0027] Embodiment 3: Select the expanded granular tobacco stems with a particle size between 40-60 meshes; then select saponins extracted or prepared from nature, and notoginseng saponins are used in this example. The saponin is weighed according to 0.5% (percentage by weight) of the dry weight of the expanded particle tobacco stem, and the weighed saponin is fully dissolved in water to form an aqueous solution, and the amount of water is 1 / 2 of the volume of the expanded particle tobacco stem. Then the prepared aqueous solution is evenly sprayed on the selected expanded granular tobacco stems, the solid material is transferred to a vacuum drying oven, and vacuum dried at 60° C. (vacuum degree is controlled at 10 mm Hg) for 72 hours. Use a 40-60 mesh sieve to sieve again to make it reach the fine particles of the required size, so that it can be added to the cigarette tip rod. The fine particles that reach the required size are sealed and packaged for later use. The applicati...

Abstract

The invention relates to plant material processing method and the application of the plant material in tobacco, particularly the application of saponin in tobacco, belonging to tobacco filter tip additive processing technique. The processing method makes use of saponin extracted from different plants and arranges the saponin in a proper carrier through technical treatment to make the saponin into modified adsorbent material grains. The modified adsorbent material grains are added into composite filter tips in an amount of 10-30mg per one filter tip and have the function of improving the quality of the cigarette and removing harmful components of the cigarette. With the advantages of cheap and easy material, low production cost, simple synthesizing technique, excellent performance and being suitable for industrial production, the saponin has strong market competitiveness and great popularization value and application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a processing method of plant material and its application in tobacco, especially the application of saponin in tobacco. The invention belongs to the additive treatment technology of tobacco tip rods. Background technique [0002] Saponins are a complex class of glycoside compounds that can form a persistent soap-like foam when mixed with water and shaken. It is widely distributed in the plant kingdom. Many traditional Chinese medicines such as ginseng, notoginseng, anemarrhena, polygala, licorice, platycodon grandiflorum, and Bupleurum contain saponins. Saponins are composed of saponins and sugars, uronic acids or other organic acids. Common sugars that make up saponins are D-glucose, L-rhamnose, D-galactose, L-arabinose, and L-xylose. Common uronic acids include glucuronic acid and galacturonic acid. These sugars or uronic acids are often combined into oligosaccharide sugar chains first, and then condensed with C3—OH in the...
