Embodiment 1

[0029] Refer to attached figure 1 , figure 2 and image 3 .

[0030] The organic material processing method of the present invention collects sludge, pig manure or rice straw respectively, pulverizes the bulk sludge and pig manure and air-dries them, cuts and dries the rice straw, and pulverizes them into 60-mesh powder. According to the formula ratio of 10 grams of organic material powder: 5 milliliters of ferric hydroxide colloid, granulate respectively, and in addition, granulate according to the formula ratio of 10 grams of powder: 5 milliliters of deionized water as a control, respectively make sludge, pig manure or rice straw Water-based granules and ferric hydroxide colloidal granules. Pellets with a particle size of less than 3mm were collected and air aged until hard and dry. Weigh a certain amount of granules and put them into a culture bottle, adjust the water to 60% of the maximum water holding capacity of each organic material, plug the bottle tightly, cultiv...

Embodiment 2

[0041] Refer to attached figure 1 , figure 2 and Figure 4 .

[0042] The organic material treatment method is to collect sludge, pig manure or rice straw separately, crush and air-dry the bulk sludge and pig manure, cut and dry the rice straw, and crush it into 60-mesh powder. Weigh a certain amount of granules and put them into nylon mesh bags, and bury them in the farmland for natural mineralization. Samples were taken regularly from the date of embedding to measure the organic carbon content and calcula...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for inhibiting the release of carbon dioxide caused by the mineralization of organic materials, which belongs to the technical field of resource reuse and comprises the following steps: (1) organic materials are collected, which mainly comprise sludge, pig manure or paddy straw; (2) the organic materials are respectively dried and crashed into 60-mesh powder; (3) according to the proportion that 5ml of 0.2mol / L ferric hydroxide colloid is added to every 10g of dried organic materials, granulation is carried out; and (4) at room temperature, the granules are aired and aged for about 8-15 days to prepare the dry granular products of the sludge, the pig manure or the paddy straw. The method has the advantages of simple operation and low cost; the product prepared by the method can effectively reduce the degradation rate of the organic materials, thus being beneficial for climatic environment protection. The method can be further popularized as a way of large-scale treatment of the organic materials, and the product can be used both as an effective organic material and a soil improvement agent, thereby achieving the effect of killing two birds with one stone.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for inhibiting the mineralization of organic materials from releasing carbon dioxide, and belongs to the technical field of resource reuse. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the problems of organic materials such as crop stalks, livestock and poultry manure, urban garbage, sludge, etc. have attracted great attention from governments around the world, as well as health, environment, and agricultural departments. According to statistics, my country's urban sewage treatment plants discharge about 200,000 tons of dry sludge every year, and the annual increase rate is 20%. The annual discharge of animal technology pollution is about 2.7 billion tons, and the treatment utilization rate is less than 5%. There are more than 500 million tons of crop straws in my country every year, and the phenomenon of on-site burning is relatively serious. Traditional landfilling, incineration and other methods of disposal not ...
