The technology carries out the enzymolysis by using alpha-amylase to lead DE value (measured according to the concentration of glucose), carries out stewing by steam at high temperature of between 95 and 125 DEG C to kill enzyme and past the materials, and produces rice flour by crushing and screening the materials after the materials are dried through the drum.
