The invention aims to provide polymeric aluminum zinc ferric sulfate which has high removal ratio to COD and SS of the sewage, a preparation method thereof and a method for using the polymeric aluminum zinc ferric sulfate to treat the sewage. The polymeric aluminum zinc ferric sulfate is a polymeric liquid of aluminum sulfate, zinc sulfate and ferric sulfate. The polymeric aluminum zinc ferric sulfate has the following production steps: (1) 2 to 5 portions of industrial waste sulfuric acid with a concentration of between 10 and 30 percent and 0.1 to 0.5 portion of scrap iron are added into a reaction kettle, and 0.005 to 0.01 portion of hydrogen peroxide is added to react for 1 to 5 hours at normal temperature; and (2) 0.03 to 0.1 portion of zinc oxide and 0.05 to 0.1kg of alumina powder are added into the reaction kettle to react for 1 to 3 hours when the temperature is increased to between 40 and 120 DEG C to obtain liquid polymeric aluminum zinc ferric sulfate.
