A main extraction solvents adopted by the invention when extracting jasmine flower is a mixed solution of ethanol and water in different proportions, and glycoside and aglucon in the flower can also be extracted; polyamide resin column is used for enriching total flavonoids so that impurities are removed and purity is increased; additionally, the method removes a plurality of jasmine fragrant ingredients, and the main effective components of the extract obtained is total flavonoids, the purity is high and the content of jasmine fragrant ingredients is greatly decreased.
