Problems solved by technology

The main shortcoming of this method is: high-performance liquid chromatography analyzes the fingerprint of ginseng, detects and separates less substances, only provides differences from the content of the components, does not have the fingerprint areas of their respective origins, and the determination method is more complicated, and analysis The cycle is long, the cost of consumables is high, and the chromatographic column is easily contaminated and not easy to clean

Embodiment Construction

[0046] The examples enumerated in the present invention are intended to further clarify the specific operation and application direction of the HPCE fingerprint identification method for the protection of ginseng in the original place, without any limitation to the scope of the present invention.

[0047] 1. Establish the fingerprint of ginseng in the place of origin

[0048] A. The HPCE fingerprints were made with the commercially available sun-dried and transplanted wild ginseng from Changbai Mountain as the standard product

[0049] Ginseng pretreatment: dry the ginseng medicinal material in an oven at 60°C for 4 hours, pulverize and sieve to collect fine powder below 80 mesh, weigh 3.0g, add 80% ethanol solution and heat reflux to extract twice, each time for 3 hours, combine the filtrate and naturally Filtrate, and after rotary evaporation, add water twice to make up to 10mL, place in a cool place for 12h, take the supernatant, filter with a 0.22μm cellulose membrane, and...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for identifying HPCE fingerprints for protecting ginseng of origin, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: A, establishing fingerprints of the ginseng of origin, namely using the ginseng in the same habitat as a standard, analyzing the ginseng by capillary cataphoresis and establishing fingerprints of the cataphoresis; and B, detecting a sample, namely taking a ginseng sample to be detected, detecting the sample under the same conditions as the standard respectively to obtain a spectrogram of the detected sample, and analyzing the fingerprints of the detected sample and the standard by a direct observational method or fingerprints software as qualitative basis. The method has the advantages of simple processes, short period and low consumption; chemical information of the fingerprints of the ginseng medicinal material is comparatively rich; and the obtained characteristic peak can easily identify habitat and category of the ginseng, so as to provide reference for quality control of the origin ginseng medicinal material. The research of methodology shows that instrument precision and sample stability and repeatability of the method have better application prospect, so the method is suitable for popularization in the technical field of drug safety check.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an HPCE fingerprint identification method used for the protection of native ginseng, and belongs to the technical field of capillary electrophoresis analysis. Background technique [0002] Ginseng is a perennial herb that belongs to the dried root of Araliaceae. The main root is fleshy, cylindrical or spindle-shaped, with slender fibrous roots; the rhizome (reed head) is short, with stem scars (reed bowl) and buds. Ginseng is mainly produced in the Greater and Lesser Khingan Mountains and Changbai Mountains. Among them, the quality of ginseng produced in Changbai Mountain is better. However, due to the different types of ginseng, the geographical environment in which it grows, and the different processing methods, the price varies greatly. Therefore, it is imperative to identify the authenticity, quality, and quality of ginseng. At present, the ginseng cultivated artificially is generally called "garden ginseng"; the garden ...
