Abstract

The invention discloses application of borneol preparation in preparing a tissue optical clear agent. The borneol preparation is prepared by the following method: weighing borneol, adding proper amount of anhydrous ethyl alcohol into the borneol, and oscillating the mixture to fully dissolve the mixture; and adding the anhydrous ethyl alcohol into the mixture again to change the concentration of the anhydrous ethyl alcohol solution of the borneol to be 30 to 100 milligrams per milliliter. The invention has the following advantages: 1, compared with other hyperosmotic preparations, the borneolpreparation has the same or even superior optical clear effect; and in the transmitted spectrum measurement of tissue samples, energy of light transmitting the samples is gradually increased along with increment of application time of the borneol preparation to the samples. 2, optical characteristic parameters of tissues are remarkably improved; and under the action of the borneol preparation, the scattering coefficient of the tissue samples is reduced, and strong scattering properties of the tissues are changed, which are favorable for acquisition of deep-layer information inside the tissues. And 3, the raw materials have rich sources and low cost; and the natural borneol has no toxic or side effects on the tissue samples.
