The transparent inorganic oxide dispersion of the present invention comprises inorganic oxide particles which have a surface modified with a surface modifier having one or more reactive functional groups and have a disperse particle diameter of 1 nm or more and 20 nm or less, and a disperse medium, wherein the surface modifier is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a silane coupling agent, a modified silicone, and a surfactant.

A transparent inorganic-oxide dispersion which contains inorganic oxide particles whose surface has been modified with a surface modifier having one or more reactive functional groups and, due to this, enables improvements in refractive index and mechanical properties and retention of transparency; and an inorganic-oxide-particle-containing resin composition obtained by combining and uniting this transparent inorganic-oxide dispersion with a resin through a polymerization reaction. Also provided are: a composition for encapsulating luminescent elements; a luminescent element; a process for producing the resin composition containing inorganic oxide particles; a hard coat and an optical functional film which have high transparency and can attain improvements in refractive index and toughness; an optical lens; and an optical part. The transparent inorganic-oxide dispersion is characterized by comprising a dispersion medium and inorganic oxide particles the surface of which has been modified with a surface modifier having one or more reactive functional groups and which have a dispersed-particle diameter of 1 to 20 nm. It is further characterized in that the surface modifier is one or more members selected from the group consisting of silane coupling agents, modified silicones, and surfactants.

The present invention discloses an epoxy/organosilicon co-curing composite material for LED packaging and a preparation method. The epoxy/organosilicon co-curing composite material of the present invention comprises the following components by weight: 50-500 parts of epoxy hydrogen-containing cyclosiloxane, 0-10 parts of an antioxidant, 0-10 parts of an ultraviolet absorber, 0-15 parts of a light scattering agent, 100 parts of phenyl vinyl silicone resin, 0.5-15.0 parts of an epoxy curing agent, and 0.01-1.0 part of a silicon hydrogen addition curing catalyst. The present invention combines two curing ways of epoxy cationic curing and organosilicon silicon hydrogen addition curing, through the curing reaction of epoxy and silicone to prepare the epoxy/organosilicon co-curing composite material with epoxy and organosilicon interpenetrating cross-linked network structure. The epoxy/organosilicon co-curing composite material has the characteristics of an epoxy resin and an organosilicon material, and has the performances of excellent light transmittance, adhesion, mechanical strength, heat resistance and UV resistance. The preparation process of the present invention is simple, raw materials are easily available, and practicability is high.

The invention relates to PID control based self-focusing lens ion exchange temperature control method and system. The method is characterized by adjusting a PD control parameter by using mode recognition in artificial intelligence and inference judgment in an expert system; the expert system sums up artificially adjusted experience and skills into a series of adjusting rule firstly, and then carries out analysis and judgment on controlled system information which is collected in real time, automatically selects an adjusting rule, compares a response curve of a controlled object with a control target curve and carries out repeated adjustment and comparison till a control target is met. The system mainly comprises a thermocouple (1), an adjustment amplifying circuit (2), data collecting cards (3 and 7), a computer (4), a photoelectric isolating circuit (5), and a thyristor power adjusting and temperature controlling circuit (6), wherein the thermocouple (1) is installed in a heat treatment furnace, and the computer (4) is provided with PID control software. The invention has high temperature control precision, can reduce the requirement on the automation level of equipment and is beneficial to reducing the production cost.

The invention provides a low-viscosity optical adhesive composition, which is prepared from the following components with contents in percentage by mass: 60 to 80 percent of vinyl silicone oil, 5 to 15 percent of hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, 1 to 3 percent of coupling agent, 3 to 15 percent of viscosity modifier, 1 to 3 percent of construction additive, 0 to 4 percent of photoinitiator, 0.001to 0.05 percent of catalyst and 0.001 to 0.05 percent of inhibitor. The low-viscosity optical adhesive composition can be used for quickly completing the full lamination of a super-large-size multipoint touch screen, moreover, cannot generate gas-bubble and adhesive-overflow phenomena, and meanwhile, has favorable bonding performance, temperature-resistant and damp-resistant reliability and coldand hot impact stability. The invention also provides a preparation method of the low-viscosity optical adhesive composition. The preparation method comprises the steps of proportioning, blending preparation, debubbling and subpackaging, and the like. The low-viscosity optical adhesive composition is simple in process and is safe and environment-friendly, and the industrialization is easily realized.
