Embodiment Construction

[0013] The coal first enters the pressurized fluidized bed gasifier with air as the gasification agent for partial gasification to generate coal gas and semi-coke. The coal gas is desulfurized by desulfurization agent (limestone) and then filtered to remove dust. The desulfurized product CaS enters the oxidizer. Reacts with air to become CaSO 4 discharge. The air enters the combustion chamber through the compressor, and the purified gas is burned in the combustion chamber to produce high-temperature gas, which enters the gas turbine to generate power. Contains CO 2 The exhaust gas enters the fluidized bed carbonation furnace, where CaO captures the CO in the exhaust gas 2 The carbonation reaction occurs to produce CaCO 3 . Fluidized bed carbonator achieves CaO capture of CO by sensible heat from CaO / ash from fluidized bed calciner and heat from gas turbine exhaust 2 The optimum reaction temperature is 650℃~700℃. CaCO generated in the carbonation furnace 3 Enter the flui...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for catching carbon dioxide by a pressurized fluidized bed combustion combined recycle generating system, which is a method for catching the carbon dioxide by using CaO generated by calcining limestone or dolomite aiming at a gasification/semi-coking pressurized fluidized combustion combined recycle generating system of a coal pressurized part, coal enters into a pressurized fluidized bed gasification furnace using air as gasifying agent so as to be gasified to generate coal gas and semicoke, the coal gas is combusted after being purified to produce high-temperature fuel to enter a combustion turbine for applying work and generating electricity. Exhaust gas containing CO2 enters into a carbonatation furnace and a calciner double fluidized system, CO2 in the exhaust gas is catched by using circulation carbonatation/calcining reaction of CaO. Steam produced by a coal gas cooler and the double fluidized bed system enters into the turbine system for applying work and generating electricity, therefore, a fuel gas/steam combined recycle generating system catching CO2 is formed. The system has high generating efficiency and low energy consumption, and can realize near-zero exhaust of a plurality of pollutants of SO2, CO2 and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for generating and capturing carbon dioxide in a pressurized fluidized bed combustion combined cycle. Background technique [0002] In recent years, CO 2 The impact of massive emissions of greenhouse gases on global warming is becoming more and more serious. There are many CO 2 Emission reduction methods, such as O 2 / CO 2 Circular combustion method, chemical looping combustion method, membrane separation method and MEA method, etc., but the technical economy is to capture CO 2 important factors to consider when choosing a method. Foreign scholars have proposed that after coal is burned in a pressurized fluidized bed, CaO produced by calcining calcium-based absorbents such as limestone and dolomite can be used to directly circulate and capture CO in the furnace. 2 This method has attracted extensive attention from scholars all over the world. Limestone and dolomite are cheap and abundant in reserves, and CaO pro...
