Abstract
The present invention provides a method of utilizing hematite wet method to synthesize ultramicro magnetic ferriferrous oxide black powders. The method is achieved by the following processes: 1, performing simple machine ball mill to the hematite raw ore, to obtain hematite powders (containing iron 64%); 2, dispersing the hematite powder and sodium hydrate according to the weight ratio of 1:0.5-1:2.5, and then pouring upper steel sleeve of the polyfluortetraethylene inner sleeve, placing in the heat source with the temperature of 160 - 200 DEG C for heat insulation 16 - 24 hours; natural cooling or using cold water for cooling to the room temperature, collecting the mother liquor, repeatedly cleaning the precipitate, using permanent magnet to collect the black ferriferrous oxide magneticpowder. The mother liquor can be reused.
