Abstract

The present invention discloses a non-formaldehyde beaver board and a preparing method thereof. The non-formaldehyde beaver board is composed of the following components: polar, willow, platane wood, hard miscellaneous tree, the rejected stock or slag charge of high-grade factories of sanitary paper, etc., and paraffin wax. The preparing method comprises the following steps: (1) slicing the wood; (2) boiling and hot grinding; (3) dissolving the slag charge into slurry; (4) homogenizing the material for preparing slurry; (5) forming the plate blank; (6) secondary dewatering; (7) drying for typing; (8) sanding to a certain thickness; and (9) edge cutting and packaging for obtaining the finished product. The raw material of the invention is available, and the source of principal raw material is abroad, wherein the using of rejected stock slag of paper mill settles the problem of contaminant discharging for the enterprise. The cost of obtained product is low, and the product property obtains the level of same product manufactured abroad. The non-formaldehyde beaver board of the invention further has the advantages of simple preparing technique, no sewage discharge, no environment pollution, full embodiment of environment-friendly production, waste utilization, and improvement to the board manufacturing with wet method.
