Abstract

The invention relates to decorative material, especially to a microcellular foamed floor and a process for producing same. The raw material comprises: 100 parts of waste PVC powder; 80-100 parts of waste tail sand; 10-20 parts of tourmaline tailing powder; and 10-20 parts of additive. The production process comprises: mixing raw material based on recipe demand, after extrusion of the mixture by an extruding machine, cooling and forming by a vacuum forming die, cutting into floor blank after dragging, processing and surface coating, and forming finished goods. The product of the invention is non-deforming, water proof and fireproofing, anion can be continously released because of addition of functional material for making room to be a natural oxygen bar, the product effectively overcomes disadvatage of oxymethylene overproof and non water proof of floor on market, furtherly reduces density of substrate web from 2.5 g/cm3 to 1.2 g/cm3 because of addition of blowing agent and regulating agent, saves 30-40% of material and reduces 20% of the cost.
