Abstract

The invention discloses nylon 6 with 50% of glass fiber plastic and an injection molding method. A finished product is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: nylon 6, glass fiber and imported color concentrate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (A) selecting the raw materials: the nylon 6, the glass fiber and the imported color concentrate; (B) adding corresponding raw materials according to the requirements of the step (A), and adding the selected aluminate coupling agent; (C) using plastic particles, 2% of imported color concentrate and liquid paraffin in the step (B) as auxiliary materials, and adding the auxiliary materials into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred and then packaging separately; (D) drying the materials which are uniformly stirred in the step (C) in a special electrothermal blowing dry box with constant temperature or a dryer provided by equipment; and (E) processing the materials by injection molding. The finished product has the advantages of reasonable formula, high tensile strength and bending strength, high thermal property and resistance to chemical attack, and the total cost can be saved by more than 50%. The injection molding method has the advantages of simple process, high efficiency, low cost and capable of mechanized mass production.
