The invention provides a fully bubbling fluidized bed drier and a novel process thereof for loading and preparing furnace coal. The fully bubbling fluidized bed drier comprises a fully bubbling fluidized bed, a fine grain collection and discharge device, a coarse grain discharge device, a rotary scraper type feeder, a feed bin, a machine frame, an outer cover body, a waste gas-coarse powder separation recovery device and an automatic control system. The novel process for loading and preparing the furnace coal comprises the following steps: sending the coking blending coal to the fully bubbling fluidized bed drier for proper drying; separating and discharging the coal which is separated from the coking blending coal and has the grain size of between 0.3 and 3mm, the coal which is separatedfrom the coking blending coal and sent to a grinder for grinding and has the grain size of less than 3mm, and the pulverized coal of which the grain size is less than 0.3mm by a bag type collector; wetting the coal into a small ball shape by a ball-forming machine; and sending the small ball-shaped coal to a coal preparation tower by a belt type conveyor for coking. The equipment capable of properly drying the coking wet coal and realizing the grain processing according to the grain grade and the process for loading and preparing the furnace coal have the advantages of scientific equipment structure, reasonable process flow, automatic control and few faults.
