Abstract

The invention provides curcumol hapten and artificial antigen as well as a preparation method thereof. The structural formula of the prepared curcumol hapten is shown as a right formula (I), and the structural formula of the artificial antigen is shown as a right formula (II). The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking curcumol as a raw material, and utilizing succinic anhydrideto be reacted with the curcumol to generate curcumol hemisuccinate (Cur-HS) so as to obtain artificial haptens; preparing the curcumol haptens into aqueous pyridine; and then combing the aqueous pyridine and bovine serum albumin to generate the artificial antigen of the curcumol. The invention leads the hapten and the artificial antigen of the curcumol to be synthesized, and a prepared product can be used for studying a sample containing a curcumol composition. The invention has simple synthesis procedure, mild needed experimental conditions, easy availability of the product, higher yield andeffectiveness, and can be carried out at room temperature, be completely used for immunoassay, provide convenience for future study of persons and satisfy the needs to the study at home and abroad.
