Abstract

The invention discloses a power plant flue gas desulphurization and decarbonization integrated purification system which comprises a flue gas afterheat utilizing system, a carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide catching system, and a compressor interstage cooling heat utilizing system. The flue gas afterheat utilizing system uses a part of heat of the power plant flue gas for heating regenerated liquid, reduces the steam consumption in the heat regeneration process, and uses another part of heat for heating rich liquor at an outlet of an absorption tower. The carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide catching system finishes the adsorption and regeneration processes of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide by the absorption tower and a regeneration tower assisted by a pump and a heat exchanger. Conventional alcohol is adopted as an absorbent in the process. The carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide are simultaneously removed in the absorption tower. The compressor interstage cooling heat is recycled by heating rich liquor, and the sensible heat demand quantity is reduced in the regeneration process. The system simultaneously uses the flue gas afterheat and the compressor interstage heat, carries out the desulphurization and decarbonization in the integration way, and is characterized by cleanness, high efficiency, energy conservation, high desulphurization and decarbonization rate, and the like.
