Abstract

The invention discloses an advanced treatment method for coal chemical wastewater, relates to an advanced treatment method for industrial wastewater, and solves the problems of low BOD/COD value of the coal chemical wastewater, long carrier film forming, slow startup process for a reactor and long waiting time before stabilization existing in the conventional advanced treatment method for an aerobic biological film. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding a biological filler and active sludge to the reactor; (2) adding the coal chemical wastewater to be treated, methanol production wastewater and KH2PO4 in turn; (3) introducing air into the reactor; and (4) carrying out static settling after aeration so as to finish the advanced treatment on the coal chemical wastewater. The advanced treatment method for coal chemical wastewater lowers the effluent COD, achieves a carrier film biomass of 0.207 to 0.368 gram of TSS/g of filler, enhances BOD/COD ratio, shortens the film forming process in the reactor and realizes stable running of the reactor within a short period of time. The advanced treatment method for coal chemical wastewater is characterized by simple operation and low cost.
