Abstract

The invention relates to a wear-resistant snow-white nylon 6 industrial yarn, which consists of a modified additive masterbatch and nylon 6 slices. The weight ratio of modified additive masterbatch to nylon 6 slices is 1:40-100. The wear-resistant snow-white nylon 6 industrial yarn is characterized in that the modified additive masterbatch consists of functional powder and carrier slices, and weight ratio of the functional powder to the carrier slices is 1:4-8; the functional powder consists of an organic copper compound [CU(NH3)4](OH)2, an antioxidant KBr and a dispersant polymer wax; the carrier slices are the nylon 6 slices. In the invention, the modified additive masterbatch is blended with the nylon 6 slices, so the obtained fibers not only has the advantages of high strength, high elasticity, good uvioresistant and good dyeing performance, but also has the advantages of excellent wear resistance and heat resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a polymer fiber, in particular to a wear-resistant pure white nylon 6 industrial yarn. Background technique [0002] Nylon, also known as nylon and polyamide fiber, is the earliest synthetic fiber to be industrially produced. The main varieties are nylon 6 and nylon 66. Due to its high strength and stable size, nylon 6 industrial yarn is widely used in tire frame materials, cables, conveyor belts, etc. [0003] At present, the preparation of nylon 6 industrial yarn mainly adopts a one-step process: slice melting, extruder, spinneret, side blowing cooling, drafting, and winding. [0004] The existing pure white nylon 6 industrial yarn has excellent properties such as high strength, high elasticity, UV resistance and good dyeing performance. However, with the development of distant water fishery, higher functional requirements are put forward for pure white nylon 6 industrial yarn for fishing nets and cables. It must not only h...
