The method comprises the following concrete steps of: finishing the manufacture of a metal denture prosthesis according to a conventional method and primarily sanding and polishing; trying a removable partial denture prosthesis in the mouth of a patient, modifying and grinding; pretreating the prosthesis so as to remove oxides and oil stains on the surface of the prosthesis; putting the pure-titanium prosthesis in a closed container; pumping the container to a high vacuum degree of 10<-1>Pa; charging carbon steam into the container to ensure that the intensity of pressure in the container reaches 0.9-1.1*10<5>Pa; heating the denture prosthesis to 500-600 DEG C to ensure that the pure-titanium prosthesis reacts with the carbon steam to generate a titanium carbide film; and finishing steps of tooth arrangement, boxing and model charging on the denture pure-titanium prosthesis after surface modification until the denture is finished.
