Abstract

The invention discloses a urethane acrylate grouting material capable of repeatedly re-expanding when meeting water and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: using diisocyanate and hydrophilic polyether binary alcohol or trihydric alcohol as polyalcohol raw materials to synthesize a polyurethane pre-polymer; performing a reaction on the polyurethane pre-polymer and an alkenyl compound with active hydrogen for end capping; and adding water, an accelerator, cross-linking agents and the like to prepare a component A of a double-component urethane acrylate grouting material capable of re-expanding when meeting water, wherein a component B matched with the component A consists of initiator aqueous solution. In order to further enhance the water meeting expandability of a system, other hydrophilic co-monomers can also be added into the component A. The prepared composite grouting material has certain elasticity and water meeting expandability, the water meeting free swelling ratio which can be adjusted to between 100 percent and 400 percent, a repeated water absorption expansion effect and fewer influences caused by the ion concentration and the pH value, and can solve the problems of repeated leakages in water blocking and preventing projects under various conditions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of chemical grouting for plugging and waterproofing, in particular to a polyurethane acrylate grouting material that can reexpand upon repeated contact with water and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Currently used for plugging and waterproofing of underground projects, tunnels, dams, oil fields, etc., most of them use chemical grouting materials such as single-component water-soluble polyurethane, acrylate, and acrylic. The reason why these materials have the effect of blocking water is that they have a certain function of water absorption and swelling. After these slurries are solidified in the cracks, when in contact with water, three kinds of interactions will be formed: one is that water molecules form hydrogen bonds with atoms with strong electronegativity in polymers, such as N and O; The interaction of hydrophilic groups (such as the formation of ion pressure); the third is the inte...
