Problems solved by technology
However, on the one hand, the mirid bug is a piercing-sucking pest and can only eat liquid food. Its feeding characteristics are quite different from those of chewing pests, which makes it difficult to perform bioassays and requires special bioassay devices; On the other hand, the solubility of most cotton insect-resistant secondary substances is relatively poor, and it is difficult to be miscible with the basic feed. As a result, it is difficult for mirid bugs to effectively ingest cotton secondary substances when they prick and suck, or they feed unevenly, which leads to poor biometric data. Deviation occurs, and the biometric effect cannot be accurately judged
In summary, traditional bioassay methods are difficult to truly reflect the effect of cotton secondary substances against miridids. Therefore, the establishment of a biological assay method suitable for cotton secondary substances against miridids is an effective method for cotton to resist miridids. One of the key links in the work of sex evaluation and breeding of cotton varieties resistant to mirid bugs

Abstract
The invention provides a biological test method of a mirid resisting effect of cotton secondary metabolite, comprising the following steps: mixing an experimental cotton secondary metabolite sample with defatted milk powder and emulsified solution to prepare emulsified secondary metabolite; then evenly mixing with basic feed to prepare biological test feed; vertically arranging a bottomless transparent tube, sealing the upper end tube mouth by a seal film, dripping the above biological test feed on the film, and covering and sealing by another seal film to prepare a feed sag; and putting the mirid into the bottomless transparent tube to cause the mirid to eat feed, and recording the lethal condition or weight inhibition effect of the mirid. The biological test method of the invention solves the problems that majority of secondary metabolite has small possibility of being in miscibility with artificial feed, and piercing and sucking insects are hard to feed and the like. The biologicaltest method is widely applied, can effectively test drug which is under the stomach toxicity and systemic action simultaneously, can accurately test the inhabitation effect on insects, such as mirid and the like by the cotton secondary metabolite and has strong practicality.
Description
technical field The invention relates to the technical field of plant protection, in particular to a bioassay method for the effect of cotton secondary substances against mirid bugs. Background technique Mirid bugs are an important class of agricultural pests. In my country, there are mainly Apolygus lucorum Meyer-Dür, Adelphocoris suturalis Jakovlev, Adelphocoris lineolatus Goeze, Adelphocoris fasciaticollis Reuters) and Lyguspratensis L. etc. In the second half of the 20th century, the occurrence of Lygus miridae in cotton fields in my country was very low, and it has been controlled as a concurrent target of chemical control of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera Hiibner). At the end of the 1990s, my country began to commercially plant transgenic Bt cotton, and cotton bollworms were effectively controlled. However, the occurrence of mirid bugs, which are secondary pests in cotton fields, has increased sharply and the damage has become more serious. It has become the mai...
