Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting finger-print quality of medicine compositions for strengthening healthy qi to remove blood stasis, comprising the following steps of: respectively carrying out mobile-phase gradient elution on the test articles of the medicine compositions for strengthening healthy qi to remove blood stasis at 280 nm, 254 nm and 261 nm; selecting 10 different batches of medicine compositions for strengthening healthy qi to remove blood stasis, carrying out high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) finger-print analysis on the selected 10 different batches of medicine compositions for strengthening healthy qi to remove blood stasis according to the detection method to obtain three finger-prints with different wavelengths for each batch of medicine compositions, thereby determining 18 common peaks; and respectively comparing the HPLC finger-prints with the standard finger-prints under 280nm, 254 nm and 261 nm, and then calculating by using the 18 common peaks to obtain similarity not less than 0.8. The detection method in the invention can comprehensively control the quality of the medicine compositions for strengthening healthy qi to remove blood stasis to ensure the quality stability of products.
