Problems solved by technology

Red mud is the waste residue produced in the alumina production process. The annual discharge of red mud in my country is as high as 5 million tons. A large amount of red mud not only invades the land and pollutes the environment, but also the active ingredients in it cannot be effectively used, resulting in waste of resources.

[0018] Example 1: Get 5g of pig manure and put it into a 250ml triangular conical flask, add 20% fixative simultaneously, inject 50ml of tap water, and place it in an air shaking bath at 110rpm·min -1 Shake at a high speed for 8 hours at a temperature of 25°C, and stand still for 16 hours after shaking. At the same time, as a comparative experiment, also take 5g of pig manure and put it into a 250ml triangular conical flask, inject 50ml of water, and place it in an air shaking bath at 110rpm·min. -1 Oscillate at a speed of 8 hours at a temperature of 25°C. After the oscillation is over, let it stand for 16 hours, centrifuge to get the supernatant to digest, measure the concentrations of phosphorus, copper, and zinc, and calculate the fixation rates of the above two fixatives for phosphorus as 72%, 90%; the fixing rate of copper can reach more than 70%, and the fixing rate of zinc can reach more than 98%.

[0019] Example 2: Take 5g of pig manure and put it into a conical flask, add 20% red mud fixative at the same time, inject 100ml of aqueous solution, and place it in an air shaking bath at 110rpm·min -1 Shake at a high speed for 8 hours at a temperature of 25° C. After the shaking is over, let it stand for 16 hours. At the same time, as a comparative experiment, also take 5g of pig manure and put it into a conical flask, add 100ml of water, and place it in an air shaking bath at 110rpm·min. -1 Shake at a speed of 8 hours at a temperature of 25°C. After shaking, let it stand for 16 hours, centrifuge to get the supernatant for digestion, measure the concentrations of phosphorus, copper, and zinc, and calculate the fixation rates of the above two fixatives for phosphorus, respectively. 77% and 83%; the fixing rate of copper can reach more than 65%, and the fixing rate of zinc can reach more than 98%.

[0020] Example 3: Get 5g of pig manure and put it into a conical conical flask, add 20% fixative, 150ml of aqueous solution at the same time, in an air shaking bath at 110rpm·min -1 Shake at a high speed for 8 hours at a temperature of 25° C. After the shaking is over, let it stand for 16 hours. At the same time, as a comparative experiment, 5g of pig manure was also put into a conical conical flask, and 150ml of water was added, and the mixture was placed in an air shaking bath at 110rpm·min. -1 Oscillate at a speed of 8 hours at a temperature of 25°C. After the oscillation is over, let it stand for 16 hours, centrifuge to get the supernatant to digest, measure the concentrations of phosphorus, copper, and zinc, and calculate the fixation rates of the above two fixatives for phosphorus as 80% and 89%, the fixing rate of copper can reach more than 68%, and the fixing rate of zinc can reach more than 98%.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for controlling phosphorus and heavy metal release in pig manure. In the method, a novel modified red mud fixative is prepared by roasting basic material waste slag red mud generated in the production process of the aluminum industry; and the red mud fixative is blended with a proper amount of the pig manure so as to effectively control the dissolution release of phosphorus and heavy metals in the pig manure and reduce the serious environmental pollution caused by the dissolution of the phosphorus and the heavy metal in the pig manure through the fixation of the fixative to the phosphorus and the heavy metals in the pig manure. The method realizes the recycling of waste resources, and has wide application prospect for area source pollution control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for controlling the release of phosphorus and heavy metals in pig manure, in particular to a method for preparing a new fixative using red mud as a raw material for fixing phosphorus and heavy metals in pig manure to control the dissolution and release of phosphorus and heavy metals . Background technique [0002] In recent years, my country's livestock and poultry breeding industry has developed rapidly, and a large amount of livestock and poultry manure is produced. The pollution problems caused by livestock and poultry manure are becoming more and more serious, and the pollution problems of phosphorus and heavy metals are particularly prominent. The survey shows that the production of livestock and poultry manure in my country has reached 3.19 billion tons, of which the total phosphorus content is 3.785 million tons, and due to the use of additives in feed, heavy metal elements are widely present in manure. The di...
