Abstract

The invention discloses primers for identifying an attenuated vaccine strain and an American strain of a Chinese equine infectious anemia virus (EIAV). The primer for identifying the attenuated vaccine strain of the Chinese EIAV is composed of primer pair 1 and primer pair 2, wherein, the sequence of the primer pair 1 is shown as SEQ ID No.1 and SEQ ID No.2, and the sequence of the primer pair 2 is shown as SEQ ID No.3 and SEQ ID No.4; and the primer for identifying the American strain is composed of primer pair 3 and primer pair 4, wherein, the sequence of the primer pair 3 is shown as SEQ ID No.5 and SEQ ID No.6, and the sequence of the primer pair 4 is shown as SEQ ID No.7 and SEQ ID No.8.
