The basic process of the treatment method comprises sulfide precipitation and the oxidation desulphurization, and the treatment method has a good treatment effect and a high efficiency, is easy to operate and control; and the treated waste water is colorless and transparent, and the copper and sulfur content is far lower than a national emission standard. The copper sulfide and elemental sulfur recovered by the treatment method are high in purity and can be directly used as industrial products.
