Abstract

The invention relates to a capillary electrophoretic chip for optical detection and an electrophoretic device having the same. The chip is combined by two substrates, and the material of the substrate is an optically transparent polymer. An electrophoretic separation microstructure and an optical microstructure are created on the substrate A. The optical microstructure is created on the reflecting surface of the side of the electrophoretic separation channel to reflect the detection beam into the separation channel, and the detection beam enters from the side of the separation channel so as to excite the fluorescence of a sample. The fluorescence is detected in a direction perpendicular to the substrate surface, which is also perpendicular to the detection beam, so the interference from the excited light is reduced.
