The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the weight percentage; and stirring the effective components (i.e. the fat soluble rosemary extract, the tocopheryl, the phospholipid and the citric acid) at the temperature of 25-30 DEG C and at the protection of inert gas until the effective components are dissolved or dispersed in the carrier oil to form a uniform oil phase, and thus obtaining the product.
