Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-inverse capable of switching evaluation of a catalyst and carbon determination of the catalyst. The device comprises a reaction furnace, a liquid separation tank, a chromatograph hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) and a carbon monoxide conversion furnace. The device provided by the invention can realize on-line analysis of the evaluation of the catalyst and finish observation of the activity and inactivation of the catalyst; the coke content of catalyst can be obtained by comparing the catalyst after carbon burning with a standard curve of calibration carbon black; and switching between the evaluation of the catalyst and the carbon determination of the catalyst under control of a simple electric six-way valve. An experimental process is simple in operation and can control conditions such as a reaction temperature, a pressure and the quantity of flow accurately.
