Embodiment 1

[0045]

[0046] like figure 1 Shown: Stir and mix the above materials in the storage tank evenly, and continuously send the above materials into the straight VK pipe through the feed pump, and the materials are polymerized by the ring-opening agent. The temperature control in the polymerization reaction is divided into three parts In the first stage, the material is in the upper section of the straight VK tube, and the temperature is controlled between 250 and 260°C; in the middle section of the straight VK tube, the temperature is controlled between 235 and 245°C; in the lower section of the straight VK tube, the temperature is controlled between 230 and 235°C In between, the polymer melt flows down to the bottom of the VK tube through layers of baffles, and is taken out by the discharge pump to maintain the liquid level in the tube. The polymerization time is 10 hours. The obtained polymer melt is washed with water, cut into pellets, and dried in vacuum to remove moisture...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of spinning materials and provides a nylon 6 resin. The nylon 6 resin is prepared by carrying out polymerization reaction on a mixing fusant of a caprolactam monomer and a rare-earth metal compound, wherein the weight percentage of the rare-earth metal compound is 0.01-0.8% on the basis of the total weight of the caprolactam monomer. The invention also provides a nylon 6 filament made of the nylon 6 resin, and the nylon 6 filament is obtained by carrying out melt spinning on the nylon 6 resin. Fine denier or super-fine denier nylon filaments with fineness of about 0.20-1.0dtex can be obtained by using the nylon 6 resin and the preparation method thereof; the strength and the elongation at break of the fiber are in line with post-weaving requirements, the blank that the fine denier or super-fine denier nylon 6 filaments can be manufactured by adopting a conventional high-speed spinning method at home and abroad is filled up, and the technological content and the additional value of a nylon 6 fiber product are increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of spinning materials, in particular to a nylon 6 resin specially used for producing fine or ultrafine denier nylon 6 filaments, nylon 6 filaments and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Generally speaking, the polymer materials that can be woven include nylon (polyamide), polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate and polyacrylonitrile. These materials can be spun to form fibers such as nylon, polypropylene, polyester and acrylic, which can be used in the textile industry. Melt spinning is a commonly used spinning method, through which various fibers suitable for textiles can be obtained. Usually, the monofilament fineness of the fiber obtained by the melt spinning method can reach 1.0dtex. The products woven with such fineness fibers, such as clothing fabrics, have many advantages, so the market application space is broad. [0003] Yet along with the raising of people's living standard, als...
