Embodiment 1

[0016] 1. Pulverization: take the dried leaves of passion fruit, remove impurities, and pulverize them into 40-mesh powder with a pulverizer.

[0017] 2. Extraction: Weigh 10 kg of 40-mesh powder material, soak in 10 liters of ethanol with a concentration of 90%, stir well, raise the temperature to 70°C, and soak for half an hour. After soaking for 0.5 hour, supplemented with 480 W microwave for 5 minutes, continued leaching for 1 hour, and centrifuged to remove the filter residue to obtain the filtrate.

[0018] 3. The filtrate is filtered with a filter membrane, and the ethanol is first recovered from the filtrate, and then concentrated in a vacuum to obtain a concentrated solution.

[0019] 4. Flavonoids include flavonoid glycosides and flavonoid alcohols. After the action of aluminum trichloride and flavonoids, an aluminum complex of flavonoids is formed, which is yellow. The depth of yellow is proportional to the content of flavonoids, which can be used for quantitative ...

Embodiment 2

[0026] 1. Pulverization: take the dried leaves of passion fruit, remove impurities, and pulverize them into 40-mesh powder with a pulverizer.

[0027] 2. Extraction: Weigh 10 kg of 40-mesh powder material, soak in 15 liters of ethanol with a concentration of 80%, stir well, raise the temperature to 60°C, and soak for 0.5 hours. After soaking for 0.5 hours, supplemented with 480 W microwave for 3 minutes, continued leaching for 40 minutes, and centrifuged to remove the filter residue to obtain the filtrate.

[0028] 3. The filtrate is filtered with a filter membrane, and the ethanol is first recovered from the filtrate, and then concentrated in a vacuum to obtain a concentrated solution.

[0029] 4. The total amount of flavonoids in the concentrated solution was determined by aluminum chloride colorimetry, and the total flavonoids was 7.05%.

Embodiment 3

[0031] 1. Pulverization: take the dried leaves of passion fruit, remove impurities, and pulverize them into 40-mesh powder with a pulverizer.

[0032] 2. Extraction: Weigh 10 kg of 40-mesh powder material, soak in 12 liters of ethanol with a concentration of 85%, stir well, heat up to 65°C, and soak for 0.5 hours. After 0.5 hour, add 480 W microwave for 4 minutes, continue leaching for 1 hour, and centrifuge to remove the filter residue to obtain the filtrate.

[0033] 3. The filtrate is filtered with a filter membrane, and the filtrate is firstly recovered from ethanol, and then concentrated in a vacuum to obtain a concentrated solution with a concentration of 82%.

[0034] 4. The total amount of flavonoids in the concentrated solution was determined by aluminum chloride colorimetry, and the total flavonoids was 7.05%.

Abstract

The invention relates to an extraction method of in vivo active substances of plants, and in particular relates to a method for extracting flavonoid compounds from passion fruit leaves by an ethanol-microwave soaking leaching process. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme as follows: the method comprises the following steps of: removing impurities from dry passion fruit leaves, pulverizing to get powder, soaking the powder in ethanol, leaching for 1 to 1.5 hours with the aid of microwave treatment, centrifuging to remove filter residues after the leaching is completed, collecting the filtrate, filtering with a filtering membrane, recovering ethanol, concentrating under vacuum to get a concentrate with a concentration of 50% to 90%, and determining the total content of flavonoid compounds in the concentrate by an aluminum chloride colorimetric method. After determination, the content of flavonoid compounds is 6% to 9%. Since the passion fruit leaves are soaked in ethanol for 0.5 hours before leaching, the effect of microwave action is significantly enhanced and the total yield of flavonoid compounds is greatly increased. Besides, the concentration of ethanol is increased so as to minimize the solid-liquid ratio and achieve the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting active substances in plants, in particular to a method for extracting flavonoids from passion fruit leaves by using an ethanol-microwave soaking extraction method. Background technique [0002] Passion fruit, scientific name Passiflora, belongs to the Passiflora family Passiflora, perennial evergreen climbing vines, is a tropical and subtropical fruit. Its leaf shape is peculiar, the flower color is gorgeous, and it is evergreen all the year round. The shape of the fruit is like an egg, and the juice is yellow like an egg yolk, so it is also called egg fruit. After the fruit is ripe, it has a fragrant aroma, and its juice can emit the rich aroma of more than ten kinds of fruits such as pomegranate, pineapple, banana, strawberry, lemon, and mango. According to analysis, it contains 165 kinds of aroma components, and enjoys the reputation of "king of fruit juice" and "beverage monosodium glutamate". Stu...
