In the mixed fiber, the percentage by weight of the PPs fiber is 60-85 percent, and the balance is the chemical fiber; and the surface treating agent is prepared form the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5 percent of acrylic ester, 2-15 percent of tetrafluorine emulsion, 1-8 percent of waterproofing agent, 1-12 percent of coupling agent, 1-5 percent of antioxidant and the balance of water.
