The invention provides a preparation method of a metal oxide whisker-polyurethane composite material with monodispersity, which comprises the following steps: a. obtaining metal oxide whiskers with monodispersity; b. preparing a medical polyurethane solution of which the viscosity is 3-1000 centipoises (cP), putting the metal oxide whiskers with monodispersity into the prepared polyurethane solution, and intensely stirring so that the metal oxide whiskers are uniformly dispersed in the polyurethane solution; c. injecting the polyurethane solution containing uniformly dispersed metal oxide whiskers onto a dish with a flat surface, and forming a film by a solvent volatilization method; and d. taking out the metal oxide whisker-polyurethane material, cleaning with pure water for 2-4 hours, carrying out vacuum drying, and storing for later use when the weight of the metal oxide whisker-polyurethane material is constant.
