Abstract

The invention relates to a method suitable for a propylene preparation technology from a coal-based methanol for improving the load of a process steam tower. The method comprises the following steps: (a) conveying process water which is used for steam generation after hydrocarbon substances are removed by a hydrocarbon oil coalescer into a steam tower condenser for preheating, and then conveying into a process water preheater for heating; (b) conveying the process water after the heating by the process water preheater to a reboiler at the bottom of the steam tower for steam generation, taking medium-pressure steam as a heat source for the reboiler, and collecting and discharging the condensed liquid generated by the heat exchange of the medium-pressure steam by a liquid condensing tank; and (c) introducing the steam generated in the steam tower from the top of the tower, conveying the steam after heating as the process steam to a propylene preparation from coal-based methanol reactor, and introducing the waste water which contains water soluble impurities and is formed in the steam tower from the bottom of the steam tower. Additionally, the invention also provides a corresponding process steam generation system. According to the invention, the steam yield can be improved by about 110%.
