Abstract

The invention discloses a method for directly recycling waste gas and waste heat of a dryer by utilizing a compression heat pump, which aims at resolving the problem of circulation recycling of waste gas and waste heat. The method comprises the following processes: 1 washing process, introducing waste heat steam discharged from the dryer into a washing tower for washing; 2 flash process, introducing condensation water obtained by liquefying saturation steam for heating materials in the dryer into a flash tank for flashing to obtain a certain amount of steam; 3 compression process, mixing the flashed steam and the washed water steam and introducing the mixture into a compressor for compression to obtain overheated steam; 4 humidifying process, introducing the overheated steam into a humidifier and humidifying the steam into the saturation steam by adopting the condensation water; and 5 circulation process, mixing the humidified saturation steam with steam from a steam main pipe and returning the mixture to the dryer for recycling.
