Embodiment 1

[0019] Example 1. To verify the effect of standard ileal digestible lysine level on the growth performance, serum urea nitrogen and carcass quality of 50-80kg fattening pigs under the condition of low nitrogen discharge diet

[0020] 1 Experimental design

[0021] 1.1 Experimental animals and experimental diets

[0022] The experiment adopted a single factor completely randomized design. A total of 324 healthy Duroc×Landrace×Large White pigs with an average initial body weight of 44.41±4.81kg were selected for the experiment. According to the principle of similar body weight and similar genetic basis, they were randomly divided into 6 treatments, and each treatment had 6 repetitions. Repeat (circle) 8-10 pigs, the ratio of male and female is equal, the test period is 47 days, and the test stage is 50-80kg.

[0023] The dietary crude protein level of the experimental control group was designed to be 15.50% according to the recommended value of 60-90kg fattening pigs in the "P...

Embodiment 2

[0063] Example 2. Verifying the effect of standard ileal digestible lysine levels on the growth performance and serum biochemical indicators of 60-80kg fattening pigs under the condition of low nitrogen discharge diet

[0064] 1 Experimental design

[0065] 1.1 Experimental animals and experimental diets

[0066] The experiment adopted a single factor completely randomized design. Select 150 Duroc × Landrace × Large White Sanyuan healthy fattening pigs with an average initial weight of 59.24±1.59kg, and randomly divide them into 6 treatments, each treatment has 5 repetitions, and each repetition (pen) has 4-6 pigs, The ratio of male to female is equal, the test period is 35 days, and the test period is 60-80kg.

[0067] The dietary crude protein content of the experimental control group was set at 15.50% with reference to the recommended value of 60-80kg fattening pigs in the "Pig Feeding Standard" (2004) and considering the weight factor. The diets of the treatment group w...

Embodiment 3

[0109] Example 3. Effects of standard ileal digestible lysine on growth performance, serum biochemical indicators, carcass quality and meat quality of 80-110kg fattening pigs under the condition of low nitrogen discharge diet

[0110] 1 Experimental design

[0111] 1.1 Experimental animals and experimental diets

[0112] The experiment adopts single factor design. Example 3 Continue to feed the test pigs in Example 2. The average initial body weight is 150 Duroc × Changbai × Large White Sanyuan healthy fattening pigs with an average initial body weight of 83.44±2.14kg. The grouping method is the same as in Example 2, and the weight and genetic basis are similar In principle, it is divided into 6 treatments, each treatment has 5 repetitions, each repetition (pen) has 4-6 pigs, the ratio of male to female is equal, the test period is 32 days, and the test period is 80-110kg.

Abstract

The invention discloses a low-nitrogen-discharging daily ration for fattening pigs. The daily ration comprises 9.10-12.5% of protein, and 0.55-0.90% of standard ileum digestible lysine, wherein the proportion of standard ileum digestible sulfur containing amino acid and the standard ileum digestible lysine is not less than 55%, the proportion of standard ileum digestible threonine and the standard ileum digestible lysine is not less than 62.6%, and the proportion of standard ileum digestible tryptophan and the standard ileum digestible lysine is not less than 19.3%, and the net energy content of the low-nitrogen-discharging daily ration is 2.35-2.45Mcal/kg. The feeding experiment shows that the daily ration enables the fattening pigs to obtain the production performance similar to that of fattening pigs fed with the normal daily ration, and good carcass quality, flesh quality and profit can be obtained; at the same time, the utilization ratio of nitrogen in the daily ration is improved and the discharging of the nitrogen is reduced greatly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a low-nitrogen discharge ration for fattening pigs. Background technique [0002] Nitrogen is a potential environmental pollutant in the pig industry. Excessive levels of crude protein or unreasonable amino acid ratios in diets will lead to excessive nitrogen emissions. In a commercial pig farm, a pig takes in about 8-9 kg of nitrogen from weaning to slaughter when its body weight reaches 100 kg, of which no more than 3 kg of nitrogen is absorbed and deposited by pigs, and 5-6 kg of nitrogen is excreted (33% of which is in the feces, 67% in urine), excreted nitrogen accounted for more than 70% of the total dietary nitrogen intake (Feng Dingyuan, 2001). Improper treatment of pig manure with high nitrogen content will pollute the air, water and soil, which not only limits the sustainable development of pig production, but also threatens human health. In recent years, it has been well documented that lowering dietary crude prote...
