Problems solved by technology

However, since the data transmission of this type of system requires a large number of clock cycles, and the general computer does not use a professional hardware structure to optimize data processing, the algorithm is time-consuming, which reduces the real-time performance and detection efficiency of this type of system.

Abstract

The invention provides a device and method for nondestructively detecting egg quality based on DSP (Dynamic Signal Processing) machine vision. The device comprises a product transmission module, a high-speed DSP machine vision module and a control executing module. The method comprises the following steps of: shooting with a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) camera and transmitting a shot image to a high-speed DSP machine vision system for nondestructively detecting the cracks, shapes and freshness of eggs; transmitting a detection result signal to the control executing module through a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) interface; and removing unqualified eggs from a production line. Due to the adoption of the device and the method, the problems of poor egg detection instantaneity and lowefficiency are solved; and image acquiring and processing are performed by using a DSP-based image acquiring and processing module, so that the image acquiring and processing speeds and stability areincreased. When unqualified products are detected, a motor can be controlled to remove the unqualified products by using an industrial computer, so that the automatic level of a system is raised, andthe production cost is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a DSP machine vision-based non-destructive detection device and detection method for egg quality, belonging to the technical fields of digital image processing and agricultural product detection. Background technique [0002] Eggs are a nutritious and popular food. An egg weighs about 50 grams, contains about 7 grams of protein, 6 grams of fat, and produces 82 kcal of heat. For the human body, the protein quality of eggs is excellent, second only to breast milk, easy to be absorbed by the body, the utilization rate is as high as 98%, and the nutritional value is very high. At the same time, eggs contain a variety of minerals and other essential vitamins and trace elements, which are good supplements for children, the elderly, and puerpera. [0003] my country is an important egg production and consumption country. Since the reform and opening up, my country's egg production has been in the forefront of the world. However, egg...
