Abstract

The invention provides a corrosion-resistant coating material, a preparation method of the corrosion-resistant coating material and a use method of the corrosion-resistant coating material. The corrosion-resistant coating material is made from the following ingredients in percentage by mass: 15-20% of binding agent, 15-30% of water and 50-70% of NiFe2O4 and is formed by mixing the ingredients and then stirring at a certain temperature. The use method of the corrosion-resistant coating material comprises the following steps of: pretreating the surface of a steel product; coating the corrosion-resistant coating material on the surface of the steel product; curing; and carrying out drying or heat treatment, namely, finishing coating the corrosion-resistant coating material on the surface of the steel product. After coating the corrosion-resistant coating material on the surface of the steel product, a coating capable of preventing air and CO2 from diffusing inwards the steel product can be formed on the surface of the steel product, the steel product is effectively protected from being oxidized at high temperature, and thus, the consumption and the production cost of the steel product are lowered. The corrosion-resistant coating material provided by the invention does not contain organic matters, and the inorganic coating on the surface of the steel product body is continuous and compact, so that the chemical stability is good. The use method has the advantages of simplicity, energy saving, environmental friendliness, low equipment requirement and low cost.
