Abstract

A method for producing industrial emulsion cutting fluid by using waste oil comprises the steps as follows: first, coarsely filtering the waste oil to remove solid floatage; then adding NaOH solution, stirring and heating, adding aluminium sulphate, and removing a water layer and floccule; washing an oil layer through soft water, conducting oil-water separation, removing a water layer and floccule, adding activated clay, and conducting thermal filtration; conducting steam distillation to obtain refined waste oil; mixing the refined waste oil with petroleum sodium sulfonate, oleic acid, triethanolamine, sodium benzoate and butylated hydroxyl toluene to serve as the oil phase, mixing water with boric acid and emulsifying agent OP-10 to serve as the aqueous phase, adding the oil phase into the aqueous phase under high-speed stir, continuing stirring, and then reducing the temperature slowly to the ambient temperature under low-speed stirring, so as to obtain the finished product. The method taking waste oil as the raw material fully utilizes the utilizable value of waste oil and makes a way out for waste oil, thereby changing waste into valuable and conforming to the model of circular economy; and the product produced through the method has good stability, is easy to dilute and can be kept for a long time.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a mixture of base materials and additives, mainly used for cutting materials, using additives that impart characteristics to lubricating compositions to improve specific physical or chemical properties, such as multifunctional additives, especially a kind of industrial emulsified cutting using waste oil liquid method. 【Background technique】 [0002] Cutting fluid is an additive commonly used in metal cutting, chipping, grinding and other processing processes to cool and lubricate tools or workpieces. The cutting fluid should have good cooling performance, lubricating performance, anti-rust performance, degreasing and cleaning function, anti-corrosion function, and easy dilution. [0003] At present, the emulsified cutting fluids commonly used in industry are mostly made of mineral oil as base oil, and then compounded with corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers, antirust agents and other additives. Since mineral oil is a non-rene...
