Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting cottonseed protein. The method comprises the following steps: (1), smashing cottonseeds; (2), treating the cottonseeds with ultrasonic waves; (3), extracting active enzyme in cotton bollworms; (4), performing enzymolysis to cottonseed meal; (5), increasing the temperature, inactivating the enzyme, and centrifugating to obtain supernatant liquid andfilter residue; (6), adding water to flush the filter residue, and mixing the liquid after the filter residue is flushed with the supernatant liquid obtained in the step (3); and (7), removing impurities from the mixed supernatant liquid through a micro filter membrane, condensing through a nanofiltration membrane, and drying to obtain the powdery cottonseed protein. The method provided by the invention can ensure a higher extraction rate in the production of cottonseed protein, can enable the product to have a stronger functional activity, and meanwhile solves the problem that the conventional biological enzymolysis process scheme requires to purchase costly protease, resulting in a high production cost.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to a method for extracting cottonseed protein, and mainly relates to a method for extracting cottonseed protein by using cottonseed meal as raw material, using intestinal enzyme of cotton bollworm as enzyme preparation and combining ultrasonic technology and membrane separation technology. [0003] Background technique [0004] Cottonseed meal after extracting oil from cottonseed contains a large amount of protein, its content is about 50%, and it is an extremely rich vegetable protein resource. The properties of cottonseed protein are similar to those of soybean protein, and it is also a protein food or feed protein source with high nutritional value and high quality. [0005] The proteins in cottonseed meal are mainly divided into three types. The 2S protein is free outside the cell wall, accounting for about 15%, and the remaining 7S and 12S proteins exist in the cell wall about 85%. Since the cell wall of cottonseed...
