The white birch (carbonic acid) beverage is characterized by comprising 1 to 99 percent by weight of white birch extraction liquid, 0.01 to 10 percent by weight of sweetening agent, 0 to 0.5 percent by weight of acid, 0 to 0.1 percent by weight of edible essence, 0.005 to 0.01 percent by weight of sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate and the rest of drinking purified water. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: (1) peeling of white birch lumber; (2) smashing of the white birch; (3) preparation of white birch extraction liquid; (4) preparation of white birch beverage; (5) sterilization; and (6) (inflation) filling.
