The method comprises the following steps of: gasifying liquid oxygen, and mixing the gasified liquid oxygen and air to form oxygen-enriched gas; mixing the oxygen-enriched gas and gas to form oxygen-enriched fuel gas, wherein the oxygen concentration of the oxygen-enriched gas is 3 to 30 percent; and performing high-speed spray combustion on the oxygen-enriched gas under the pressure of 400 to 533kPa.
