Problems solved by technology

[0003] In response to this problem, we designed a PCB readout circuit for thermal detection devices. This circuit can suppress noise very well, improve the signal-to-noise ratio, and read out material units such as vanadium oxide, manganese, cobalt, nickel oxide, etc. to detect thermally sensitive devices. The weak infrared radiation signal received, and its cost is much lower than the readout circuit made by integrated circuit. This circuit not only saves cost, but also can replace integrated circuit when the system volume is not very high. It is especially suitable for In the exploration stage of a new type of thermosensitive device, the use of this readout circuit can replace the performance of the measured thermosensitive detection device in an integrated circuit

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0018] attached image 3 In order to read the timing diagram of the circuit, sig1-sig4 respectively control the analog switches U2A-U2D, and the control signal is generated by a cpld chip of the infrared imaging system. The working process of the circuit is as follows:

[0019] (1) Phase (1) sig3 is high level, sig1, sig2, sig4 are all low level, this phase corresponds to the readout phase of the signal.

[0020] (2) Phase (2) sig1 is low level, sig2, sig3, sig4 are high level, the analog switch U2B is closed, the voltage signal on the capacitor is reset, and KTC noise V is generated n =QC, saved to the sampling capacitor C10 through the analog switch U2C and the voltage follower, because the switch U2D is closed, the right plate of C10 is grounded, so the potential is zero, and the voltage of the left plate is the noise voltage V n .

Abstract

The invention discloses a unit thermistor detector reading-out circuit manufactured in a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) circuit manner. The unit thermistor detector reading-out circuit comprises a bias circuit, an integration amplifying circuit, and a relevant double-sampling circuit. The bias circuit supplies bias voltage to a unit thermistor, and converts a radiation signal to a current signal; and the current signal is converted to a voltage signal through an integration amplifier, and is collected through the relevant double-sampling circuit. The relevant double-sampling circuit outputs the radiation signal after removing circuit noise at a signal output end. Compared with the reading-out circuit manufactured on an integrated circuit, the PCB circuit has the advantages of flexible design, short manufacturing period and low cost, can replace the integrated reading-out circuit in a condition that requirements on a system volume are not high, and can be used as an interface circuit of a detector and an infrared imaging system. Meanwhile, the reading-out circuit further can be used as a testing circuit and a prepositioned amplifying circuit, so as to actually measuring properties of the unit device. Furthermore, the unit thermistor detector reading-out circuit has potential application values in exploration of a novel thermistor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to infrared radiation detection technology, is a PCB readout circuit of a heat-sensitive unit infrared radiation detection device, and belongs to the technical field of microelectronics and optoelectronics. Background technique [0002] Infrared heat radiation signal is often submerged in noise because it is extremely weak. For slowly changing infrared radiation signals, there are two main detection methods: lock-in amplification and sampling integration. Lock-in amplification is often used in the measurement of the characteristic parameters of the detection device, and the readout circuit of the thermal detector is generally implemented by sampling and integrating. Different from lock-in amplification, the method of sampling and integrating does not require chopping modulation, the equipment is simple, and it is suitable for the readout circuit of the detection device. At present, the general temperature-sensitive device readou...
