Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing a plastic filling master batch through a papermaking waste white mud. The method comprises the following steps of: transferring papermaking waste white mud with greater than 85% of CaCo3 content and 1 to 5% of residual NaOH into a size mixing barrel to mix into the size with 10 to 30% of solid content; heating the size to reach 60 to 80 DEG C; agitating at a high speed, and synchronously adding melting stearic acid amount to 0.5 to 1.5% of the solid content to react the stearic acid and the NaOH residual in the white mud to obtain sodium stearate to be absorbed on the surface of the CaCO3; and dewatering, drying, crushing, sieving, and preparing into active calcium carbonate; and then transferring the active calcium carbonate into a high-speed mixture, and adding 5 to 10% of polyethylene and 5 to 10% of polyethylene wax based on the weight of the active calcium carbonate to be mixed at the high speed to obtain a mud-block shaped material; adjusting the running speed of the high-speed mixture into a slow state; opening a material outlet valve to discharge the material, and cooling, crushing, and transferring into a double screw extrusion machine to be extruded and pelletized so as to obtain the plastic filling master batch as required.
