Abstract

The invention provides a polyurea repairing method of a rubber fender; a polyurea repairing material has double components whose formulas are respectively as follows: the component A comprises 40-60% of isocyanate and 40-60% of hydroxyl terminated polyether; and the component B comprises 40-65% of amino-terminated polyether, 20-50% of delayed amine chain extender, 0-2% of tackifier and 5-15% of color paste. The polyurea repairing method provided by the invention is a normal temperature repairing method and secondary vulcanization in a tank is not needed. Therefore, the polyurea repairing method of the rubber fender, provided by the invention, has the outstanding advantages of simple process, low cost and small vapor consumption; overvulcanization aging cannot be caused by secondary vulcanization and product quality is ensured. As main body rubber materials of polyurea and the fender have substantially same elastic modulus, the normal use of a product is not affected after the product is repaired.
