Abstract

The preparation method comprises the particular steps of: preparing a micro concave lens array on a substrate; depositing polydimethylsiloxane on the surface of the micro concave lens array, and separating the polydimethylsiloxane from the micro concave lens array after curing, so as to obtain a polydimethylsiloxane micro concave lens array; dropping SU-8 photo-etching glue on the lower surface of a curved substrate, and fixing the periphery of the polydimethylsiloxane micro concave lens array on the upper surface of the curved substrate after the SU-8 is cooled and cured; and carrying out ultraviolet explosion on the upper surface of the curved substrate, and drying the SU-8 glue to obtain a self-alignment waveguide array. According to the preparation method, a method of directly manufacturing the micro concave lens array on the curved substrate is abandoned; the plane micro convex lens array is manufactured and then the curved micro lens array is manufactured by the elasticity of a material; and meanwhile, the crystalline cone waveguide is manufactured by using a self-alignment method. With the adoption of the method provided by the invention, the micron-level curved lens array can be prepared; the error caused by that the lens and the waveguide align can be effectively reduced; and meanwhile, the curvature of the curve can be accurately controlled; and the good repeatability can be realized.
